We have worked with John over a period of 5 years developing a FileMaker database that assists with the operation of the business.
The database contains all of our client contacts and their assets. Within it we can generate estimates, jobs, allocate resources and create invoices in such a way that we can always see what workload we have ahead, track all expenditure and very simply look back over works we have undertaken or have planned without having to re-enter information at each stage.
The site staff can access their jobs, log in on site arrival and fill in their worksheets electronically on iPads and this has helped to improve office efficiency greatly.
